Sonic Sanctuary in the woods · Kings Langley, Hertfordshire
The evening opens with ceremonial cacao. Then you lie down. For 90 minutes Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and electronic frequencies move through a 1970s hi-fi system and into the body. The trees do the rest.
No experience needed. The frequency does the work.
Bring: a blanket, a warm layer, something to lie on.
Limited to 25.
Weather note: the forecast this far out is unsettled, so we're watching it closely. If we have to cancel due to rain, your ticket transfers instantly to any of our 2026 indoor dates at Henderson Hub, Abbots Langley :). No admin, no losing your spot. Just let us know which date suits.
Sonic Sanctuary is the practice of Kristy Harper; music producer and sound therapist working with Tibetan singing bowls, hi-fidelity electronics, and ancient instruments.
Note: Ceremonial cacao is not suitable if you are pregnant, on SSRIs or MAOIs, or have a heart condition.
