Your team can't think clearly
if their nervous system is
in survival mode.

Kristy Harper is a senior creative, music producer, and sound therapist. She's worked both agency side and in-house. She knows what chronic activation costs a creative team, and what regulation makes possible. These sessions are designed specifically for creative departments, studios, and agencies.

Bespoke

Custom frequency sessions designed around a specific brief; pre-pitch focus, post-project recovery, new business energy. You tell us what you need the room to feel.
